Who is this training for?
These sessions are designed for men who want to build muscle, increase strength and improve overall fitness in a structured, results-driven way. Whether you’re a beginner or already training, the programme is adapted to your current level.
Where do the sessions take place?
All sessions are held outdoors in a local park. Training outdoors provides a motivating environment while still allowing for effective strength and conditioning work.
Do I need prior gym or training experience?
No. Every programme is personalised to your ability. If you’re new to training, you’ll be guided through proper technique and progression from day one.
What equipment is used?
A range of professional training equipment is used, including resistance tools and bodyweight exercises. Everything needed for the session is provided.
What’s included in the 12-week or 24-week programmes?
Both packages include personalised programming, coached training sessions, progressive overload for strength and muscle gain, and accountability throughout the 12 weeks.
